Apricot Kernel Prunus armeniaca	Cold Pressed	Emollient and nourishing. Light oil.
Evening Primrose Oeothera biennis	Cold Pressed	Moisturising and revitalising. Useful for dry skin.
Grapeseed Vitis vinifera	Cold Pressed	Light gentle emollient with low odour and good penetration.
Jojoba Simmondsia chinensis	Cold Pressed	Liquid wax. Closest to skins natural sebum. Balancing and soothing. Fast penetrating.
Macadamia Macadamia ternifolia	Cold Pressed	Useful for dry or mature skin. Highly emollient.
Rose Hip Rosa canina	Cold Pressed	Useful for mature skin. High in unsaturated fatty acids.
Wheatgerm Triticum vulgare	Cold Pressed	High Vitamin E content. Useful on dry or mature skin. Generally too heavy to use on its own as massage oil, but very useful in blends. Caution is advised in case of allergies, especially to wheat.
Arnica Arnica Montana	Infused in vegetable oil	Traditionally used for bruising. Should not be used on broken skin.
Calendula Calendula officinalis	Infused in vegetable oil	Useful for problem skin and dry or cracked skin. Use as part of massage blend.
St Johns Wort Hypericum perforatum	Infused in vegetable oil	Soothing. Useful for injuries in blend with or without calendula and other oils.
