Fresh Vaporiser Blend
2 drops Lemon Citrus limonum essential oil1 drop Lime Citrus aurantifolia essential oil2 drops Grapefruit Citrus paradisi essential oil1 drop Petitgrain Citrus aurantium amara essential oil
Add to water in a candle vaporiser, or with or without water in an electric vaporiser (refer to the manufacturers instructions)
Essence of Wellbeing recommends electric vaporisers which do not use water, as their operating temperature is lower and therefore safer.
