Pricing and Ordering Policy |
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless specified.
- Prices quoted do not include shipping costs.
- Orders can be placed through our website, or by phone, post, fax or email. Although we will take orders by phone we strongly recommend putting orders in writing to avoid any communication errors, and we cannot take responsibility for any verbal communication errors which may occur.
- All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheque, money order and direct debit for fax, phone and mail order. Internet purchases are administered through the secure paypal payment system. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed and cleared. Visa, Mastercard, eftpos and cash payments may be made in person at our showroom.
- Orders will be shipped via the most expedient method available. Any specific requests regarding shipping must be made at the time of ordering, including requests for insurance or registered post. No responsibility for orders can be taken once despatched unless insurance or registered post has been requested.
- Shipping charges will vary depending on weight and destination. We can quote on shipping costs prior to your order if requested.
- We ask that you check your delivery against your invoice. All claims must be made within 5 working days from the date of delivery. In the event that you need to return an item to us, please contact us before sending it.
- Orders will be processed as quickly as possible, and we will keep you advised of the progress of your order.
- Please note that due to fluctuations in prices for essential oils and other products and ingredients, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice.We will do our best to notify customers of any changes.
- Qualified practitioners and students of Natural Therapies in Australia are eligible for discounts. Contact us for full details. Please note that you are required to provide verification of your qualifications (or enrolment in the case of students) to activate your discount.
- We do not impose minimum order quantities. However savings can be made by ordering in larger quantities. For quantities larger than those detailed on our price list, please contact us for a quote.
- Registered businesses are eligible for wholesale prices. Company details including ABN will be required to access these prices.
