(a) the Essence of Wellbeing web site collects anonymous session information which allows as to analysis the trends of users on our site. This is done to allow us to see what sells and what doesn't.
(b) the Essence of Wellbeing web site collects personal information when a user chooses to Check Out and purchase items in the Shopping Cart:
- this information is stored for purposes of ease of use for future purchasing.
- to allow us to contact a user in relation to an order.

(a) Personal information which is given to Essence of Wellbeing upon the completion of an order is stored in our on-line database.
(b) Personal information is stored in our accounts system when an invoice/receipt is generated during order processing.
